Captain's guide
A captain publishes calls on real markets at the hive's venue — Polymarket or Kalshi. Every call fans out to the members who follow your hive, copied into their own venue accounts and sized to each member's own budget. You earn from subscriptions to your tiers — never a cut of anyone's profit.
A hive is bound to one venue when you open it, and it can't change once a member has backed it. You need your own account at that venue — a Polymarket deposit wallet, or a Kalshi account connected with a trade-only API key — because every call you fire places your own order there too.
Three things to set up:
- Open a hive — your following's home: its venue, name, description, and the calls you'll fire into it.
- Set your tiers — how you price access and what each tier's caps are.
- Fire a call — pick a market at your hive's venue, take a side with a conviction level, and let it fan out.
Automate it
Prefer to run a strategy instead of firing by hand? A bot is just an automated captain. See Run a bot for the Polymarket track; Kalshi bots are documented in the repository (docs/kalshi/run-a-bot.md).
